Added some stage bosses,  score tracking and quality of life fixes.

NO MORE will the leaderboard be utterly CLUTTERED by generic named "PLAYER" who is this guy?

NO MORE will you not know if you did a B tier job or a S+++ job! (that level rating is extra shiny, try getting it!)
